About
Empowering others with authenticity, passion, and kindness, Asseel Eissa who is a corporate lawyer, left the corporate world and became a full-time yoga instructor in 2019 to follow her passion and pass it on.
She is very passionate about explaining details – everything is in the details, especially regarding the subtleties of one's yoga. When you practice for a while, it's the details that take you to new places in your practice, places that you never thought you could get to before. Asseel has an attentive eye on all her students, even when practicing on Zoom. She spots and explains the movement, how it should feel, and how you can take yourself to the next level.
A yogi who spots her students' needs or abilities and can adjust on the fly. They can do this because they're in tune, and because their teaching has the depth to go any which way. A great teacher can react without compromising their class theme or focus and go with more flow, alignment, or spirituality depending on whatever they might need. Asseel plans and choreographs every single minute of the practice, with each practice different than the other. But more than that she knows how to strike the perfect balance --- so even when clients with different levels of experience or special needs practice together, each feels they are getting their tailored flow and -- when the class needs to wake up with a little more core work, or maybe some words of encouragement to lift their spirits, or even back-to-the-basics adjustments are in order whatever they need, she'll stand and deliver.
