Breathwork facilitator Bechara boasts over 7 years of experience as the first to facilitate the official method and attain Level 3 WHM instructor certification in the MENA region. Bechara remains dedicated to working with Wim Hof and the WHM academy to promote and teach the method worldwide.

Originally from Lebanon and now based in the U.A.E for the past 12 years, Bechara has had the privilege to teach and guide expeditions across diverse locations such as Lebanon, Jordan, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Poland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, India, Iceland, and beyond. In addition, he facilitates various breathwork techniques and offers live music meditation journeys, all while connecting with nature as an outdoor survival instructor.

Bechara founded Leaf & Hook to unite these skills and share the transformative power of holistic practices, nature, and the bond of the tribe.
